Can I buy Ritello® online?
Ritello® distributors sell the Ritello® cleaning system exclusively through in-home demonstrations. Ritello® products purchased through other channels, such as the internet, are not covered by Librex's authorized warranty.

Where can I buy the Ritello® system?
The Ritello® cleaning system is sold through independent, authorized Ritello® distributors designated by Librex. If you are interested in purchasing Ritello®, please fill out the demonstration request form, and an authorized Ritello® distributor in your area will contact you with more information.

Who should I contact for maintenance, parts, or other supplies?
Contact the Ritello® distributor from whom you purchased the system. If you are unable to do so, please reach out to customer service at customerserv@librex.com for assistance.

How often should I replace the HEPA neutralizer?
It is recommended that the Ritello® service center inspect the HEPA neutralizer after 18 months of use. However, the HEPA should be replaced after three years of use to ensure optimal performance of your Ritello®.

How much water should I put in the water basin?
You can fill it up to the indicated maximum mark.

Can I use non-Ritello fragrances or other liquids in the Ritello® basin?
Your Ritello® is as important to us as it is to you. Please help us take care of it by using only Ritello®-brand supplies.

Can Ritello® pick up liquids?
Yes, Ritello® can pick up liquids. For more details, please refer to the Ritello® instruction manual.

What does the Ritello® warranty cover?
Librex provides a written three (3)-year warranty for the entire system and its accessories to authorized Ritello® distributors. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear (such as belts or HEPA neutralizers) or damage caused by improper use or abuse of the product.

How do I set the air-cleaning timer on my Ritello® to purify the air?
To activate the air-cleaning timer on your Ritello®, press and hold the “ON” button for 6 seconds until the first triangle line blinks.
Once the first triangle line blinks, wait another 6 seconds, and Ritello® will automatically turn on for 30 minutes.

What does “clean separator” mean on the display?
When the “clean separator” icon blinks on the display, remove the separator and clean it with the small brush (wash and brush it with cold water). If necessary, use a wrench to loosen the separator nut. Refer to the instruction manual for details.

How do I remove the “clean separator” message from the display?
To remove the “clean separator” message, press the (-) button for 6 seconds or until the message disappears.

How do I remove the “Replace Hepa” message from the display?
To remove the “Replace Hepa” message, press and hold the (+) and (-) buttons simultaneously for 6 seconds.

Where can I find the serial number of my Ritello?
The serial number for the Ritello R2 series is located on the back of the main unit.

Where can I find the serial number of my PowerBrush?
The PowerBrush serial number is printed on the specification label located on the underside of the PowerBrush.
