These conditions regulate the use that the Provider makes available to users of the Web, and they are intended to comply with the obligations set forth in Law 34/2002, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), as well as inform all users of the website about the conditions of use of the website.

Through the website, the Provider provides users with access to various content, services, information and data (the "content"), made available to users by the Provider or by third-party service and content providers.

Any person accessing this website assumes the role of user, committing to the observance and strict compliance with the provisions set forth herein, as well as any other legal provisions that may be applicable, therefore, if the user does not agree with any of the conditions set forth herein, the user must refrain from using this website.

The Provider reserves the right to modify any type of information that may appear on the website, without any obligation to notify or inform users of such modifications, with publication on the Provider's website being deemed sufficient.

RESPONSIBIITY

The Provider is exempt from any type of responsibility derived from the information published on its website, provided that this information has been manipulated or introduced by a third party outside of it.

This website has been reviewed and tested to ensure that it functions correctly. In principle, correct operation can be guaranteed 365 days a year, 24 hours a day. However, the provider does not rule out the possibility of certain programming errors, or the occurrence of force majeure, natural disasters, strikes, or similar circumstances that make access to the website impossible.

Sending an automatic confirmation does not validate incorrect price conditions. In the event of cancellation, any amount paid will be refunded. Notwithstanding the above, certain sections of the website will require prior inclusion of data in forms or the relevant registration.

6       MODIFICATION AND TERMINATION OF SERVICES

Although, in principle, the duration of this site is indefinite, the Provider reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the provision of its services, in whole or in part, at any time, and without prior notice to the Users of the same. Likewise, the Provider may modify the Conditions of use of this website at any time.
